Delivery of your items
Funky Fancy Dress delivery is based on the value of the order, irrelevant of the destination within the UK.- Orders below £9 will have a lower delivery cost of £2.50. This will cover the smaller items like stockings, makeup, bags etc,
- Orders over £9 will have a delivery cost of £3.95. This will cover all costumes and accessories.
We have introduced 2 new shipping options to help ensure you receive your items in time for Halloween. Due to pending Postal strikes we have introduced a 2-3 day delivery service using either Royal Mail Special or DHL Couriers. these 2 services are guaranteed to ensure you receive your costumes in time for Halloween. All of our orders are processed and dispatched with Royal Mail. This means that we can keep the costs down but also offer a fast, simple delivery of items. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days once confirmed. If there are any unforeseen delays on your item then we will contact you by email initially.
If your order is Urgent then please contact us and we can try to arrange a quicker delivery. We are always here to help so please do contact us should you have any questions.
Once your order has been dispatched it will be delivered either with your normal post or by a Royal Mail Van, depending on the size of the items. If at the time of delivery you are out or not available Royal Mail will leave a 'Notice of delivery attempt' card through your door. the item will then be available from your local sorting office, details will be available on the card left by Royal Mail. All deliveries will require a signature so unfortunately they cannot be left at the property.
Returning your item
If for any reason you need to return your item then please ensure you contact us to notify us your intended return. This should be done through the 'Contact Us' section of our web site. We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations which requires you to notify us within 7 days of delivery should you wish to return any of the items. All items must have their original packaging and labels and must be unworn in a 'Re-sellable' condition. Once we receive your item back we will notify you and process a refund. All refunds are processed on a Friday afternoon unless otherwise notified. We will refund the cost of the costume only. Your Statutory rights are not affected.All returns should be sent to
