Calcellation and Returns

:- If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you should notify us in writing by email to sales@funkyfancydress.com before your order has been despatched. Any processed payments will be returned to you in full.

If your order has already been depsatched you shoudl return the products to us within 7 days of receiving them. Upon receipt of goods we will give you a refund to the same value that the item was purchased for. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
The acceptance of the returned items will not apply in the following circumstances:-

In the event that the product has been used or is missing the original packaging or the original packaging is damged beyand use. The costume must be returned to us in the condition it was despatched and in a resaleable condition. Any items that we refuse to take back will be held by Funky Fancy Dress until such time that the customer pays for the item to be shipped back to them. This will always be done by the cheapest option uless otherwise stated by the customer. PLEASE NOTE: Due to personal hygiene teeth, contact lenses, facial hair, tights/stockings, eyelashes, face paint, panties, false nails and wigs cannot be returned as stated on the returns form. The above conditions particularly apply to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
