Ordering
:- All products shown on this website may be ordered through our website by following the on screen prompts. Any changes or error corrections may be made to your order until such time as you complete the checkout process and confirm your order and payment.Once you have confirmed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us to notify you that your order has been placed and you will be issued with a unique reference order number. This is an offer from you to purchase the referenced items. All orders are subject to the acceptance of Funky Fancy Dress and we reserve the right to refuse any order. Only when the order has been depsatched will the order be confirmed as accepted.
Payment for any order must be made at the time of ordering. Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Please note that, for security reasons, the statement address for the credit or debit card you use to pay must be the same as the delivery address for the order.
Pricing
:- All prices are shown on our website and are correct at time of viewing. We reserve the right to amend the price of any item at any time. All prices exclude shipping.Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown in our delivery information page.
Calcellation and Returns
:- If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you should notify us in writing by email to sales@funkyfancydress.com before your order has been despatched. Any processed payments will be returned to you in full.If your order has already been depsatched you shoudl return the products to us within 7 days of receiving them. Upon receipt of goods we will give you a refund to the same value that the item was purchased for. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
The acceptance of the returned items will not apply in the following circumstances:-
In the event that the product has been used or is missing the original packaging or the original packaging is damged beyand use. The costume must be returned to us in the condition it was despatched and in a resaleable condition. Any items that we refuse to take back will be held by Funky Fancy Dress until such time that the customer pays for the item to be shipped back to them. This will always be done by the cheapest option uless otherwise stated by the customer. PLEASE NOTE: Due to personal hygiene teeth, contact lenses, facial hair, tights/stockings, eyelashes, face paint, panties, false nails and wigs cannot be returned as stated on the returns form. The above conditions particularly apply to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
